Shamrock Shake

So creamy and fresh this shamrock shake is a super breakfast for all little parade goers!

We all know St. Patricks Day and the parades are full of fun and excitement, but something they require a lot of energy and stamina to get through the crowds and stay going all day. This is why I have created a healthy treat perfect to grab and go for all the family.

What You'll Need

1 frozen banana

1 lightly frozen avocado

200g greek coconut & vanilla  yogurt

1 cup milk ( coconut  milk, almond milk, soy milk, super milk, regular milk )

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp honey  / agave

100g fresh pineapple

1 handful spinach

100mls apple juice

Optional : Fresh mint and / or a few drops of peppermint essence

Equipment

Smoothie maker

Knife

Chopping board

glasses

 

How to Do It

  1. 1Begin by blitzing the pineapple and spinach with the banana and avocado.
  2. 2Blitz again.
  3. 3Pour into little glasses - top with some whipped cream, a maraschino cherry and some lucky charms.
