Getting the most out of Our Sessions

It is highly recommend that you take the online course first before setting up an online coaching session in order to get the most help for your child. We also recommend joining our private Facebook group

How It Works

When you book in for your online coaching session, you will receive a link to our detailed pre-consultation form. approximately a week before your consultation so that we have a full overview of your child’s fussy eating behaviours and habits before we e-meet with you.

During the session we will deep dive into your needs and teach you practical strategies for taking the stress out of meal times and techniques you can do at home to encourage them to try, taste and eat new foods.

After your session you will receive  a brief report outlining bespoke strategies, tools and top tips tailored to your child’s needs.

  • 2 hour 30 minutes in length
  • Video call via WhatsApp, Skype, Face Time or phone call
  • €250 per session
  • €75 per 30 minute follow up - recommended after 6 weeks
