Here is one of our most sought after recipes – our Butter Bean Hummus. Smooth, rich and creamy with nothing but goodness it is truly delicious !!

What You'll Need
1 tin butter beans ( drained )
1 clove garlic ( peeled )
1 tsp tahini
4 tbsp water
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp soy sauce ( optional )
How to Do It
- 1Open and drain the tin of butter beans. Peel off any skins.
- 2Slice the lemon in half. Peel the garlic.
- 3Pop everything in a freezer bag. Gently push out any air and seal the bag. Using another full bean tin crush, mush and smash the beans until they form a smooth paste.
- 4Serve with delicious breadsticks and slices of carrot and cucumber.
