  • He gave up pizza ( as hard as that sounds HE DID IT! )


  • Mr. Poser, his nutritionist, told him there were 5 main foods he had to eat:
  1. Whole Grains
  2. Fresh Fruit & Fresh Vegetables
  3. Nuts & Seeds
  4. Olive Oil
  5. Water

He also advised him on not eating too much sugar and meat (Argentinian’s are known to eat alot of meat ) ( like ALOT!!!)

(It is recommended that we have about 2 1/2  – 3 servings of protein each day from foods like  lean chicken, beef, fish, nuts, seeds, eggs, beans, peas and lentils.)

Since Messi has been working with Mr. Poser his nutritionist he has scored 98 goals in 102 games for “Barca” and he ended Cristiano Ronaldo’s run of Ballon D’Or success.
