Picky eaters - Online course

Your first stop for guidance, tips & strategies

We are developing an exciting new course to help you make your family meal times a happy place again.

Picky Eaters

If you have a picky eater, as parents we seem to take on all of the personal responsibility, guilt, shame and anxiety that so often goes with this.

As parents we seem to pin our self worth on this hot topic.

The issue is so much bigger than us as parents. It is such a multi-faceted issue with contributing factors arising from some many places, media, celebs, environment, school, genetics, culture and customs to name a few.

To be able to implement change we use first to able to detect, recognise and accept the problems that we face. As parents we must first focus on ourselves, assess that situation and then move on to learn the skills, tools and strategies to help them. To begin we need to understand some basic psychology and physiology.

About the Course

The course is broken down into bite-size modules so you can watch them at your own pace whenever and wherever best suits your lifestyle. It will give you the tools and strategies to be independent, intuitive eaters who are in control and have a positive and healthy relationship with food.

Throughout this course we will bust some common myths around fussy eaters and feeding. We will look at some of the possible causes for fussy eating and what role you can play in now shaping your child’s thoughts, feelings and behaviours around food.

Each module delves a little deeper into the why and the how of feeding strategies – we cover everything from making feeding a mindful and multi-sensory experience to showing you techniques for how to encourage your child to play with their food.
We look at important aspects like how to design your feeding environment for success and what recipes and meal ideas might work best for your family.
