What You'll Need
1 frozen banana
1 lightly frozen avocado
200g greek coconut & vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk ( coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk, super milk, regular milk )
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp honey / agave
100g fresh pineapple
1 handful spinach
100mls apple juice
Optional : Fresh mint and / or a few drops of peppermint essence

How to Do It
- 1Begin by blitzing the pineapple and spinach with the banana and avocado.
- 2Blitz again.
- 3Pour into little glasses - top with some whipped cream, a maraschino cherry and some lucky charms.
