250g Basmati Rice
400mls coconut milk
Saucepan & Lid
Measuring Jug / Cup
How to Do It
- 1Warm the coconut milk and water in the bottom of the saucepan.
- 2Pour in the rice - Stir.
- 3Bring to the boil, turn down to a low heat and simmer for 12 mins.
- 4 The Big Trick : Turn of the heat and with the lid on allow to steam for another 10 mins.
- 5Fluff with a fork and serve.
